قد تقوم Y Delivery بجمع المعلومات التالية من مستخدمي موقعنا : الاسم الأول واسم العائلة وعنوان الشارع والمنطقة والمدينة، وارقام الهاتف والاتصال، وعنوان البريد الإلكتروني ، وموقع GPS (موقع الجوال) (الهوية، إجمالا ، "المعلومات التي يمكن تحديدها شخصيا "أو " PII ").
بالإضافة إلى ذلك ، قد تقوم Y Delivery بجمع المعلومات المتعلقة بالY Delivery السابقة عبر Y Delivery لاصحاب حسابات Y Delivery، والمطاعم والمحلات المفضلة لديك ، واستفسارات خدمة العملاء ، واستعراضات الخدمة / المطعم/المحل والتفضيلات المعينة للمواقع الاجتماعية (مثل الصفحات التي "تحبها" او "توصي" بها).

المعلومات غير الشخصية.

لغرض تسجيل حساب، نحن نطلب منك تزويدنا بعنوان بريدك الالكتروني واي معلومات أخرى مطلوبة للاتصال بك عبر الانترنت وعبر الهاتف. نحن نستخدم عنوان بريدك الالكتروني ومعلومات الاتصال الاخرى التي تقوم بتقديمها الينا للتأكيد على طلبك وابلاغك في حالة وجود مشكلة في الطلب ، لذلك لا يمكن لشخص التسجيل بدون عنوان بريد الكتروني. وفي حالة تسجيل عنوان البريد الإلكتروني ، يمكنك الدخول اليه فيما بعد وتحديثه وتعديله وحذف أي بيانات غير دقيقة عن طريق الدخول الى حسابك من الصفحه الرئيسيه ثم "حسابي" ثم “حسابي”. كما يمكنك ايضا ببساطة اختيار عدم تزويدنا بعنوان بريدك الالكتروني، ولكنك لن تتمكن من التسجيل على موقع الشبكة وتقديم Y Delivery. نحن نبلغ جزء من معلومات الاتصال بك (الاسم واسم العائلة وعنوان توصيل الطلب ورقم الهاتف) الى المطعم العضو الذي قمت بتقديم الطلب اليه. كما أننا نستخدم هذه المعلومات ايضا لتسهيل تحسين استخدامك للموقع والتواصل معك ولإستخدامات داخلية والالتزام بأي متY Delivery قانونية. ويجوز الكشف عن هذه المعلومات الى موظفينا والى جميع المشاركين في تنفيذ طلبك او لتحليل ودعم استخدامك للموقع. اننا لا نبيع ولن نقوم بالكشف عن معلومات الاتصال الشخصية الخاصة بك الى الغير بخلاف ما هو محدد في سياسة الخصوصية الماثلة بدون تصريح منك وما لم يحق لنا او نكون ملزمين بالقيام بذلك (على سبيل المثال في حالة ضرورة قيامنا بذلك بموجب امر من المحكمة او لاغراض منع الاحتيال او أي جريمة اخرى).
ماكينة الصراف الآلي، بطاقات الائتمان ومعلومات الدفع
لا نقوم بتخزين أي بطاقة ائتمان أو طرق دفع عبر الإنترنت.
عند تقديم طلب عبر الموقع الإلكتروني / التطبيق ، يمكنك الدفع نقدًا فقط وذلك عند استلام الطلب من سائق التوصيل. الأمر نفسه ينطبق عند استلام طلبك في المطاعم ، يتم قبول الدفع النقدي فقط كطريقة دفع مع شركائنا عند استلام الطلب.
معلومات تقديم الطلب
المعلومات الشخصية المطلوبة اثناء تنفيذ الطلب تشمل الاسم والعنوان ورقم الهاتف وعنوان البريد الالكتروني والمعلومات الاخرى المشابهة المستخدمة للتعريف عنك وانجاز الطلب.
المعلومات الشخصية التي يتم جمعها في موقعنا سوف يتم مشاركتها مع المطعم عند تنفيذ طلبك. ان لدينا اتفاقية مع كافة المطاعم الاعضاء التي تقيد التصريح عن او المعالجة الاضافية للمعلومات المقدمة لهم من جانبنا. ان معلوماتك الشخصية سوف يتم استخدامها لابلاغك بوضع طلبك. ولن يتم مشاركة المعلومات الشخصية مع أي من شركاء العمل لدينا او الشركات الزميلة بدون تصريح منك فسوف يتم التعامل معها بسرية ولن يتم الكشف عنها الى الاطراف الخارجية، ما لم نكون مضطرين لذلك بموجب التشريعات المعمول بها. اننا نقوم فقط بارسال رسائل الكترونية خاصة بالتسويق الى اولئك الاشخاص الذين قاموا تحديدا بطلب استلام هذه المعلومات.
بيانات التصفح وتدفق البيانات

قد نقوم باستخدام شركات الاعلان لتقديم اعلانات لنا
قد تقوم هذه الشركات باستخدام الكوكيز وبطاقات الاعمال لقياس فعالية الاعلان. كما قد تقوم ايضا باستخدام هذه التكنولوجيا لتقديم محتوى الاعلان المتخصص او ذو الصلة لك و/أو تقديم التوصيات اليك لموقعنا أو الموقع الخاص بهم. واي معلومات تقوم الأطراف الأخرى بجمعها عن طريق الكوكيز وبطاقات الاعمال مجهولة تماما ولا تحتوي على أي معلومات اتصال شخصي.
التسويق
نحن لا نقوم ببيع او تأجير معلوماتك الشخصية الى الغير لاغراض التسويق الخاصة بهم بدون موافقة صريحة منك. وقد نقوم بجمع معلوماتك مع معلومات نقوم بجمعها من الشركات الاخرى واستخدامها لتحسين وتخصيص خدماتنا ومحتوياتنا واعلاناتنا. في حالة عدم رغبتك في استلام مراسلات التسويق منا عن طريق البريد الالكتروني او المشاركة في برامج تخصيص الاعلانات لدينا، ما عليك الا القيام ببساطة بابلاغنا باختيارك بالبريد الالكتروني او الدخول الى حسابك على الموقع وتغيير الوضعيات ذات الصلة من رابط "حسابي" في الصفحة الرئيسية للمستخدم.

قد نقوم بالكشف عن معلوماتك الشخصية الى موظفينا والى أي طرف من المشاركين في توصيل طلبك وتحليل ودعم استخدامك للموقع. وقد نقوم بالكشف عن معلوماتك عند الضرورة لحماية حقوقنا القانونية، في حالة ان المعلومات تتعلق بسلوك ضار بطريقة فعلية او حتى مجرد مهدد به، او لدينا اعتقاد بنية حسنة ان هذا الاجراء ضروري من اجل (1) الالتزام بمتY Delivery القانون او الالتزام بالاوامر الحكومية وقرارات المحكمة او الاجراءات القانونية المقدمة الينا او (2) لحماية والدفاع عن ممتلكاتنا او حقوقنا الاخرى، ومستخدمي الموقع او الجمهور. ويتضمن ذلك تبادل المعلومات مع الشركات والمؤسسات الاخرى للحماية من الاحتيال والحماية من مخاطر الائتمان.
كيف يتم الكشف عن المعلومات الشخصية؟
قد نقوم بالكشف عن معلومات PII:
الى مقدمي الخدمة من الغير الذين يقدمون الخدمات مثل استضافة موقع الشبكة وتحليل البيانات وتنفيذ الدفع وتلبية الY Delivery وتقديم البنية التحتية وخدمات تكنولوجية المعلومات وخدمة العملاء وخدمات ارسال البريد الالكتروني وتنفيذ بطاقات الائتمان والخدمات الاخرى المشابهة لتمكينهم من تقديم الخدمات.
المعلومات المطلوبة لتلبية مشترياتك (أي الى شركائنا من المطاعم لتمكينهم من تلبية طلبك)
تعريفك لدى أي شخص تقوم بارسال رسائل اليه بخصوص المحتوى المرتبط بالموقع عن طريق الموقع.
أصحاب العروض الترويجية أو المسؤولين عنها (بصرف النظر عن ما إذا كانت العروض تم استضافتها من خلالنا ام لا) او خلاف ذلك وفقا للوائح السارية المعفول على هذه العروض. ويجب عليك مراجعة اللوائح، ان وجدت، بدقة، الخاصة بكل عرض تشارك فيه، وذلك لانها قد تحتوي على معلومات هامة اضافية بخصوص استخدام الكفيل او الغير لـPII الخاصة بك. وللحد الذي قد تختلف بموجبه الشروط والاحكام الخاصة بتلك اللوائح المعنية بالتعامل مع معلومات PII الخاصة بك مع سياسة الخصوصية الماثلة، سوف يتم التحكم بشروط واحكام تلك اللوائح.
الى شركة زميلة او أي طرف ثالث في حالة أي اعادة تنظيم، دمج، بيع، مشروع مشترك، تنازل، تحويل او تصرف اخر في كافة او أي جزء من عملنا، اصولنا او بضاعتنا (بما في ذلك وبدون حصر بالارتباط مع أي اجراءات افلاس او اجراءات مشابهة) .
بما اننا نعتقد ان ما يلي ملائم (أ) بموجب القانون المعمول به بما في ذلك القوانين خارج دولة اقامتك (ب) للالتزام بالاجراءات القانونية (ج) للرد على الY Delivery من الجمهور والسلطات الحكومية بما في ذلك السلطات العامة والحكومية خارج دولة اقامتك (د) لتنفيذ شروطنا واحكامنا (هـ) لحماية عملياتنا او تلك الخاصة باي من شركاتنا الزميلة (و) لحماية حقوقنا وخصوصيتنا وسلامتنا او ملكيتنا و/أو تلك العائدة الى شركاتنا الزميلة، انت او الاخرين، و(ز) للسماح لنا بمتابعة التدابير المتاحة او تقليل الاضرار التي قد نتكبدها.
الكوكيز

الامن
نحن نستخدم اجراءات تنظيمية وفنية وادارية على قدر الامكان لحماية معلومات PII التي تكون تحت سيطرتنا. ولكن لسوء الحظ، لا يمكن ضمان ارسال البيانات عبر الانترنت او نظام تخزين البيانات لكي يكون أمن بنسبة 100%. يرجى عدم ارسال المعلومات الحساسة الينا بالبريد الالكتروني. اذا كان لديك سبب لاعتقاد ان تواصلك معنا لم يعد أمن (على سبيل المثال اذا شعرت ان امن أي حساب لك معنا تم تعرضه للخطر) يتعين عليك ان تبلغنا فورا بالمشكلة عن طريق الاتصال بنا وفقا للقسم "الاتصال بنا" ادناه (يرجى الملاحظة انه في حالة اختيارك لابلاغنا بالبريد العادي، فإن ذلك سوف يؤخر الوقت المستغرق من جانبنا للاستجابة نحو المشكلة)

المعلومات عن الخدمات التي نقدمها

Privacy Policy
Y Delivery may collect the following information from users of our site: first name, last name, street address, area and city, phone and contact numbers, e-mail address, GPS location (mobile site), ID (collectively, "Personally Identifiable Information" or "PII").
In addition, Y Delivery may collect information regarding Y Delivery account holders' past Y Delivery orders, favorite restaurants and shops, customer service inquiries, service/restaurant/shop reviews and certain social networking preferences (e.g. pages you "Like" or "Recommend").
Y Delivery also uses web analytics software to track and analyze traffic on the site/app in connection with Y Delivery advertising and promotion of Y Delivery services. Y Delivery may publish these statistics or share them with third parties without including PII.
Non-Personally Identifiable Information (or "Non-PII") is aggregated information, demographic information and any other information that does not reveal your specific identity. Y Delivery uses PII to create users' Y Delivery accounts, to communicate with users about Y Delivery services, to offer users additional services, promotions and special offers and to charge for purchases made through Y Delivery. Y Delivery may also use PII to enforce Y Delivery terms of use and service.
Y Delivery uses cookies to remember users on the website (www.ydelivery.app) and to enhance users' experience on the site. For example, when users with Y Delivery accounts return to the website , cookies identify those users and allow the site to provide certain user-specific information such as Y Delivery login information, choice of website language in addition to any other information we might collect in the future.

User generated content posted through the site/app such as service/restaurant reviews and certain social networking preferences (e.g. pages you "Like" or "Recommend") may be viewed by the general public. Accordingly, Y Delivery cannot ensure the privacy of any PII included in such user generated content.

Because Non-PII does not personally identify you, we may use such information for any purpose. In addition, we reserve the right to share such Non PII, which does not personally identify you, with our affiliates and with other third parties, for any purpose. IP Addresses:

We do not store any credit card or online payment methods.
When you place an order through the website/app you can only pay with cash upon receiving the order from the delivery driver . The same applies when picking up your order at the restaurants, only cash is accepted as a payment method with our partners when picking up the order.
Order Placement Information
Personal information required during the order process includes name, address, phone number, email address and other similar information used to identify you and complete an order. Personal information collected at our site/app will be shared with a restaurant when processing your order. We have an agreement with all member restaurants, restricting disclosure or further processing of personal information provided to them by us. Your personal information will be used to notify you of your order status. Personal information will not be shared with any of our business partners or affiliates without your permission. It is treated as confidential, and will not be disclosed to outside parties, unless compelled by applicable legislation.
As you browse our website/app, we gather navigational and click stream data that shows which pages you have websited, what kind of features you have used or how long you have stayed on a particular page etc. This information will not reveal your identity or be linked to you personally.
We use this information to complete, support and analyze your purchases from us; to facilitate and improve your use of the website/app; to comply with any requirements of law; to serve, or have a third party serve specialized or relevant advertising content and/or recommendations to you on the website/app or on a third party’s website and for internal purposes. Members
You can update your personal information at any time by logging-in to your membership account on the Menu page, where you can update your personal information mentioned in "Profile " then "Edit Profile". However if you want to change your phone number you can contact the support team at any time.
Guest users can only browse the app/website and not order unless they sign up for a new Y delivery account.
